ObFurtherDigression: we're about to get the series "Primeval" here
on the SciFi network (it's been on BBC America, but I don't get that
channel)...watching the DVD of the first episode, I noticed the
"scientist" identifying the sex of a (human) skeleton by counting
the ribs....r
It's a lot of fun, but it's definitely one to either check your
disbelief at the door for or make a game out of spotting the
inaccuracies (and the things a scientist is unlikely to ever do). But
still a lot of fun.
I'm now three episodes in...I take it you're referring to things like the same
person who keeps coming through every anomaly as they find it, even though they
terminate at points in the past that are hundreds of millions of years
apart?...r
