That is very true. You need the patience of Job when dealing with some
restaurant customers.
Renering personal
service can be the most honorable and respectable work, but is seldom
properly compensated. I consider a tip an apology.
Since tipping is an honourable practice, with no shame attached to it,
I don't understand why you'd call a tip an apology, Pat.
