Hello, I have some other questions.

The above is actually a GMAT question. (Graduate Management Admission
Test)
The following is a sentence from "Black Women in America: An
Historical Encyclopedia."

-----------
Wheatley's later blending in her poems of solar imagery, Judeo-

complex
multicultural commitments, not the least of which is to her African

a) After reading the sentence above I found on google.books.com,
I gather that the "influence" in the GMAT question means
"influences to the poet/Phyllis Wheatley." Am I right?

I'd say yes.

b) not the least of which is _to_ her African heritage &

Something <verb> to her heritage
I can't quite figure it out. I'd love to know what it means too.

Commitment to her African heritage.

Wheatley's later blending

[in her poems of solar imagery, Judeo-Christian thought and
figures, and images from ancient classicism]

bespeaks

[complex multicultural]

commitments,

[not the least of which is]

to her African heritage.

not the least of which is her African heritage
With their own surrounding contexts, do they mean the same?
