I have to translate the text related to operation of retail banks. It
begins with the following passage:

The Workshop assists in identifying the following:
- Analysis of customer behaviour at the teller line and branch service
point use
- Benchmarking of service point use and teller operation
- "Quick win" recommendations to optimise teller operations
- How to migrate customers, over 20 techniques illustrated with branch
videos and images

Having no background in banking and absolutely no context (the text is
too short), I just don't understand what it all means. Dictionaries
and googling confused me even more: it seems that the word "teller" is
also used as a synonym for "ATM"!

Could you please tell me what or who is the teller above -- a human or
a machine?
How am I to behave in front of them? Also, how and where they are
going to migrate me?

You should probably ask the source of the text for clarification,
because it isn't written well. For example, you wouldn't "identify"
"analysis of customer behavour". The text is full of jargon ("Quick
win", "migrate customers", and the chance of arriving at a suitable
translation aren't great without more information. That is, unless the
remainder of the text clarifies what is meant.
