You are a sissy boy crybaby!
Would the addition of a comma to Gurl's sentence be an
improvement, resulting in the phrase "sissy boy, crybaby", or is
it all right the way it is?
I'd go for the comma.
Or maybe it should be "You are a sissy, boy crybaby!", suggesting
that "boy crybaby" is an appellation analogous to "boy wonder"....r
Could be an attributive sissyboy. Could be asyndeton.
