(OT) Help: Internet Explorer "Do you wish to Debug?"

When I use Internet Explorer on this computer, it often asks: "A
Runtime Error has occurred. / Do you wish to Debug?" It has always
been a pain for me to need to click on "No" each time. But it hasn't
been until today that the debugging request has turned up in the most
bizarre situations: for example, it comes up when I'm in the middle of
typing a Google keyword. If IE continues to act weird like this, I
suppose I'm not going to be able to use it anymore. It would be nice
if there was some way to get IE to stop asking about "debugging" and
just assume that the answer is "no" each time.

What am I supposed to do here? Help! (My computer also seems to have
Netscape Communicator on it, but I don't know if I can get everything
in the program to work right.)
