With the nineteenth amendment or earlier? In Arizona (and Oregon),
women got the vote in 1912. In Illinois women could vote for
president beginning in 1913. They couldn't, however, vote for any
offices mentioned in the Illinois constitution.

Granny was from "Indian Country" (now Oklahoma)....r
