I like the note at the bottom of the page, which says that it's
illegal to use in the UK and they can't sell them into any EU
country, and they're illegal to use in some other countries but it's
the purchaser's responsibility to figure out the situation where
they are. I wonder how mnay places *wouldn't* prohibit them. They
appear to be illegal in the US, under 47 USC 333 & 302a.

If someone's got one switched on within 10m of your car, it's likely
that they'll see the maniac trying to break in and maniacalize you.
