Comma splice.
There are some fact books that might be objective. I
suppose if someone were to state just facts without
interpretations, then it would be objective.
There are sometimes problems knowing what are true facts and what are
false facts: so much of what we think we know is actually false and so
must be considered rumor, unsubstantiated claims, etc.
Another problem is the selection and arrangement of facts. Even if all
the facts presented are true facts, they might not be exhaustive (Even
fact books can be considered subjective unless they include all --
without any possible exception -- facts about the subject of the book)
or they might be arranged in a biased manner.
