What is the word, if any, to describe the posture of a cat who pulls
his/her ears like a rabbit in a petting inducing position?

If your cat can pull his own ears, he belongs in a circus. I have never seen a rabbit pull his own ears either. Besides, what might be a petting inducing position? I could think of some for girls (and I've had some pretty hot sessions with some of them who assumed those positions), but cats and rabbits?
