It's less psychologically damaging, in the long run, simply to find a
woman you don't like and give her a house.
Clearly I am disliked by many around here. You boys who
dislike me should give me a house. You should do this now.
Do not forget to have your signature on your deed notarized.
I have a house for you, Purlie. I saved it from the trash when I
disposed of a bedraggled old Monopoly game.
I assumed you to be a man who prefers spending his evenings
playing Monopoly.
Reminds me of old men of my hometown who prefer to sit out front
of Crutcher's general store, to play checkers all day long. Those
old men have a favorite old wood bench out there. Some of us
nicknamed their old bench, "Dead Pecker Bench."
In fact, I can give you a hotel.
I would make an excellent Leona Helmsley.
