At meetings of senior techies, there will commonly be one
6310i on the table for every attendee. A better phone has not
been made - it does everything required of a phone and it's a
good size.
And it has about the longest battery life of any phone.
I have decided that I must be incapable of using anything with a
rechargeable battery. Partly it's because there are (or used to be) some
where you have run the battery flat before recharging and others that
you recharge all the time and... I gave up. I don't use my mobile phone
at all, and have binned all other devices that had rechargeable batteries.
I am convinced that teenagers simply buy a new phone when their battery
runs flat.
Another huge advantage of the 6310i is that it fits the car kit I
have had for six years. I put the phone into the cradle in the car
whenever I drive and it gains enough charge to last through any
prolonged period when I don't drive.
