[OT] Update: Charles Riggs has moved

Charles has moved to another facility.
He can receive mail at:
Charles Riggs, patient,
Kylemore Clinic,
Church Road,
Killiney,
Co. Dublin,
Ireland
We talked this morning, and he said to say Hello to his AUE friends.
The clinic is private, and has separate rooms for each patient. (The rooms are small, though.) He is having a hard time deciding what to keep from his apartment and what to give away or otherwise dispose of.
His father (age 82 or thereabouts) is currently visiting him, and has helped a great deal with the move. He's also had a positive effect on Charles's outlook, I think.
One current problem, which someone here may be able to solve:
Charles has forgotten the password to his desktop computer. He has to enter the password in order to use it at all. He knows the components, he thinks, of the password, but cannot seem to get the right combination. So: Is there any way he can bypass the log-on? That is: Is there any way to use the computer? He would not want to dump it or give it away -- besides no longer having it, he'd worry about all the personal info that is in it. (And actually, there are two of them, but he's really more interested in the newer one, which he "built" himself.)
Other: He does have his laptop, and hopes to get back to aue soon. He may have to use Google Groups in order to do so, as he's not sure how to get access otherwise. (Only a few staff members at Kylemore have the Internet, and no patients do. So there may be a problem getting the Internet at all [even Google] for some reason.)
He sounded good today -- not as forgetful as usual. He still needs cataract surgery, but did not say when he plans to have it. His eyesight is getting worse.
He'd love to get some mail. If you write him, please write big, or use a large type size. If you want to call him, let me know and I'll send you his cell number. (Publishing the number doesn't seem like a good idea.)
