Which of the following should I say,
"two point ninety four dollar"
"two point nine four dollar"
"two and ninety four cents"
or none of them?
If it's US dollars, none of them. The most likely pronunciation would be
"two ninety-four". Formally one could also say "two dollars and
ninety-four cents".
