I always intend to watch, but my eyes fall shut.

Why is it that men frequently fall asleep in front of the television
set, but women rarely do?

I wouldn't dream of doubting your statistics, which are, I'm sure,
based on careful evaluation of many thousands of questionnaires, but
in our house it's my wife who frequently falls asleep in front of the
television set, whereas I rarely do.

Same here.

Not here. My husband is snoring gently. I am writing this and watching a very good programme about Frank Lloyd Wright and drinking tea and talking to the cat (Charles would tell me I'm not doing any of these things properly).

But tell me this: why do men lick their fingers to pick up crumbs off the table or plates and eat them? And why does this habit bother me more than many other irritating little male habits?
