(It has been a long time since I haven't heared about this post card
thing.)
I can see from Peter Moylan's post a little further down this thread, and
had already guessed for myself, how the "small-cap" scam can make dishonest
money from their fake share-buying advice. But I have never been able to
work out what is going on in the "postcard from X" scam. How does it work,
and how does it make money for those who are doing it?
