Hold on there, pal, You can't just generalise ALL Americans. I am
American, and I sure as hell don't say it, "sherbert." I also don't
say "Warshington" or "samwich" or "you'ens." I am a literate,
semi-intelligent citizen from the Northern region of The United
States, and we don't mispronounce words the way our misguided southern
counterparts do.
