Yes, I don't bother. I have filters in my head. I worked in an environment full
of annoyances and conditioned myself to respond to irritations with amusement
rather than rage. I have worked the same trick while driving, though it took
some time.

One of the keys to this is realising that in some cases the technique disarms
the other side, and in others it annoys them beyond belief, either is a good
result.

(I'm not God though - it's easy on the internet where you can have as much
breathing space as you want.)

If the likes of PG don't get to you, you can do what you like with them. Answer,
poke with stick, or ignore.
