Sven rented an apartment in the same remodeled old house that I rented
an apartment in when I lived on Wells Street in Chicago. His
apartment and mine had a connecting wall that was put up when they
remodeled the house. Sometimes, through the wall, I could hear Sven
and other SC members doing improvisation rehearsal. Only when they
were loud, though, and I often missed parts. Sven's apartment had a
separate entrance, and I never met him.

"Improvisation rehearsal" sounds like an oxymoron, but they'd practice
fielding suggestions from a crowd.
