I see no distinction from the first one. Both are essentially wrong.

No, that's correct.

No, that's wrong. Fields of study are not capitalized. *Courses* of
study may be capitalized ("I have Number Theory at 10:00 tomorrow"),
but that's not what this sentence is talking about.
