Actually, I didn't remember character names, but once I got
the author, the rest is a simple search on "Didnt you" and "have
only just" in e-texts from Project Gutenberg. Most of occurences
of "didnt you" (there are hits in at least 9 pieces) are not in
the beginning of a sentence, and only one is close enough to
"have only just".
