I tried to correct what you underlined.
"who wantS" is clear
" any advice" and "purchasing" are problem of spelling, OK
"I am not sure to understand" I thought it was perfecly fine, where's the
problem with that? Should it be "I'm not sure uderstanding"? Did I guess?
