It worked amazingly well for two reasons: One, without exception,
every single RR of MWS backed the idea, some more hesitantly than other
but they were all on board; two, the only form that moderation takes is
the prohibition, implemented by a robo-moderator, of crossposted
articles. MWS is now a Jai-free zone, but it is decidedly *not* flame-
free, off-topic-free, stupidity-free, chat-free, flirting-free, nor
whinging-free. Which is exactly what we wanted--our newsgroup back the
way it was, warts and all, before the Jai infestation.

So anything new around here?
