Here's what happens to NetFlix competitors. Some CEOs actually know
how to run a company! Any other success stories you'd like to share ?
You better hope that Blockbuster doesn't fold. Without competition
Netflix will certainly raise their prices.

When that happens, it is just another expense decision. Is the
product worth the price.
You seem to think that BB is NetFlix's only competitor. What about
TV, movie theaters, the internet, and let's not forget reading
material. They are competing for a piece of everyone's entertainment
budget. Beside which, isn't it clear that NetFlix would like to get
out of the disc by mail business and simply deliver content via the
internet? It was, as I recall, their stated business objective at the
time of start up. Many thought it would be impossible - some, BB for
example, have striven to prove that '-0)
