Why so few 37" sets

32" was a very popular size for CRT televisions. We have two. Trouble is,
replacing a 32" 4:3 set with a 32" 16:9 set results in a perceptably
smaller image most of the time. So the natural inclination is to go one
size larger - 37" - which just happens to barely fit in the enclosure
presently housing our 32" CRT set.
There are gazillions of 32" and 42" sets on the shelves, but, per store, I
usually see one or two 37" models at most ... sometimes none. Why?
