Bought an LG LH40 32' last week and I am quite impressed by the quality of
picture and sound. Very easy to configure and lots of connections at the
back. Even a usb socket that allows to read pictures (jpg) and play music
(but no divx player). LG has always been excellent for the image, but used
to be quite bad for the sound. They have obviously worked on that part
because this LH series is really good. I don't know however about the
42LH55. Should be even better.
