I just happened to check out Netflix's website to see what their plans were
and
saw that they have a service where you can watch movies instantly on your TV
via
some box that hooks up either by Wifi of ethernet to the Internet. Claims to
be
as many movies as you want to watch as long as you have an unlimited plan
which
stars at $8.99 a month. I'm a big believer in "If it sounds too good to be
true,
it probably is". But if I'm reading this correctly, it sounds like a good
deal.
The one time charge to buy the box is $99. Is anyone here familiar with this
Netflix seervice? I'd be more than happy to buy a hundred dollar box then pay
$8.99 a month for as many movies as I want to watch, especially with
retirement
around the corner.Thanks.
Or watch on your computer. Whatever.
I like it. Yes, it's not the movies that came out last week. But the
selection is plenty big enough and of a wide enough variety that there's
really no down side to it.
I don't plan on watcing a movie on my 21" computer monitor when I have a 52"
Sony in the other room. I understand however that it would be a way to check it
out. So if you're an unlimited Netflix member you can do this streaming on the
computer before buying the box to attach to the TV?
