Note that the second one is rated for in wall installation. Most likely
a different/better outer casing for that use.

See, I thought because in-wall cables were fairly well protected from
abuse they might not have to be as well made as exposed cables that
are kicked around.

Remember, this stuff is just 0's and 1's - so how much difference can
there really be?

By that standard, zip cord with the right connector would be just as
good. ;)
