Right now I have the cable wire coming into the catv on the back of the computer. Can I get a USB TV tuner from Hauppauge and use it without any conflicts?I emailed Hauppauge and the manufacturer of my tuner; vixs today. I did the factory recovery and followed Gateways fixes and I still only get channels 5+6. Windows won't install the driver because it is no better than the one I have. I uninstalled the driver , reinstalled the driver tried every combination with windows media center with no luck.

What means of connection would you like to feed the video into the computer
with? USB?
