| Dunno, it depends on how fast the images move across the screen and the
| sharpness level at the edges of all the image components. Some TV's
| don't do 24fps at all, others use the 3:2 pulldown process for
| converting 24fps to 30fps, while still others use 120Hz for 24/30/60fps
| source. And yes, the latency of the display technology is relevant.
