THANK YOU !Tell us what city your TV stations are in, and I will tell you what the final channel assignments are. Some companies are starting to make CH7 - CH51 antennas, which are a lot smaller than the usual 2 - 69 antenna. With any luck you won't need CH2 - 6. If you don't have an amp yet, wait for one that only goes up to 700 MHz. That will reduce the chances of getting signal overload from whatever shows up above 700.
This is a wonderful summation I was trying to find in my searches.
I have yet to understand the channel bandwidth breakdown and
modulation scheme, but the ATSC site is very technical . I'm not
an engineer, and the discussion is above my head.
Do you know a site that simplifies the explanation?
