your addiction to TV by making your screen go black if you do not
pay.However,the SEVERITY of the aforementioned penalty is in direct
proportion to the availability of other entities to feed your addiction.
Same as your recourse to go live in the Cayman Islands if you challenge
the IRS taxing you.(The IRS has no power there).The monopolistic degree
of control is more severe with the IRS than Comcast's ability to curb
your
TV appetite.
