BTW, this really has nothing to do with the HDTV. When hooked to a PC,
it's just another monitor.
I could change the font size, but switching back and forth would become tiresome. Besides, I would usually rather sit at my desk, so it isn't that big of a deal. I think for me it was cooler in theory than in practice, anyways :-)
Of course it doesn't have anything specifically to do with an HDTV as compared to a monitor, but the OP asked about using an HDTV for both TV as well as a cloned desktop. I was relating my experience so he could have a better feel for what specs he should be looking for in such a dual-use monitor.
