My TV will be 3 years old next month, the TV man was here last week, the
green picture tube leaked onto a board and turns the TV off when you
turn it on,it is going to the shop and the tube sent off to be
resealed, they will try to clean the board,if not that will have to be
replaced..It is possible another tube will leak later,I am having it
repaired one time,if another tube goes I will put it on the street.
Has anyone had such problems with theirs?
Had the same problem, I have been dealing with a dealer in town and
Mits. for over a year now. I have spend over $300 in repairs to no
avail. They will not stand behind it.
I talked to the salesman that sold me the unit (65" WS 65819)
Projection, $4,500) and says they are aware of the problem, but will
not stand behind it.
I have actually seen people on Craig's List giving these sets away,
Just pick up, listed as a "small" problem, probably could be fixed
cheaply. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit against
this company for this problem?, if not then maybe we should start
one.
I spend $4,500 for this boat anchor, lasted 4 years, what a deal!!!!
