Re: Comcast and drop outs

I told him I was having quite a few episodes of pixalization (?) and audio
drop outs on the hi-def channels. He said that is because of the signal
coming from
Comcast.

The NBC station here in Albuquerque has an occasional dropout on HD on
Comcast. I've never looked to see if it also drops out on my OTA receiver.

I don't know why you should be charged for a service call (well, yes, I do
know--Comcast needs the $$$). If their equipment is bad, there should be no
charge (WOW! Talk about a pollyanna).
