Ask for a service call then make the tech listen to WWV on the phone, or such.
A similar thing happened with Cox where I live but they listened and fixed it rather quickly.

I live in Albuquerque. For about four or five months I've noticed that the time displayed on the Comcast set top boxes is slow and getting even slower. I've checked it against the NIST station in CO. At first I thought it might be my set top box so I did the requisite unplugging for two or three minutes. That didn't work. Then I checked the other Comcast set top box in my house and it too was off by the same amount..
Calls to Comcast here were fruitless; all the CSR would do was send out a tech. I tried to explain that if two boxes were off then there is a systemic problem. That didn't work. And she wouldn't let me talk to a technician, saying "customers can't talk to our techs." I'm a retired tech myself and if I could talk to someone other than a CSR, we might be able to solve the problem.
Last night at a friend's house I checked her Comcast set top boxes (three of them) and they were all off. Bummer!
Has anyone in this NG experienced the same problem?
Sorry for the long post.
