Program guide. It takes about 20-30 minutes to repopulate if either unit is
removed from power for whatever reason.

It may depend on the system one is on. My area is fairly undeveloped, and
the provider is a small privately owned company (Metrocast). When I was in
CA, it would take overnight (Comcast). The difference is probably about
100k (or more) users on the network using the same head end.
My experience has been consistent with Jeff's. Generally you go the
whole day and you can go about 4 or 5 hours ahead in the guide.
Something happens overnight that populates most of the guide. I just
wish there was a way to force that guide download. I've asked for the
Moxi back, but I might just go with DirecTV and be done with the
endless Time Warner headaches.
I know this isn't a Time Warner problem, per se. I'm just really tired
of hearing "well, is someone going to be home tomorrow?"

I have 2 DCT6412s, and they only take about 20-30 mins for the menu
to repopulate the data.
