COFDM technical details

So far I have not found this info anywhere online. There is lots of other
info, but not the numbers I'm really looking for.
The info I want about the COFDM modulation is:
1. The exact number of frequency components
2. The exact spacing between frequency components
3. The modulated signalling rate for each component
4. The signalling slew between components, if used
5. Offset from channel edge to first component
6. Any separate components, like a pilot carrier
7. Type of modulation for each component (e.g. PSK, QAM4, etc)
I'm assuming:
1. The spacing between frequency components is uniform through the channel
2. Each component is modulated at exactly the same signaling rate
3. A pilot carrier, if present, does not break up the component spacing
It won't help to give approximate numbers. I can make up approximate
numbers and get rough ideas of waveform constructions that would be
typical. Only _exact_ values will be usable.
I would like these values for both DVB-T as specified for use in Europe
as well as for the COFDM system that Bob Miller thinks would be so great
for the US 6 MHz channeling.
