You somehow know which manufacturers gear caused the problem? With

the " eVerTZ " logo was displayed in the upper left screen corner
with the
lower case "e" rotating.
the HD picture was compressed vertically more than the usual 16:9
format.
4:3 on SD subchannel was not distorted.

1: You could have mentioned this initially.
2: Its entirely possible it happened elsewhere in the signal
processing.
3: What was the point of the 2 links? Evertz makes broadcast equioment
and PBS makes Frontline? How would one deduce an aspect error from the
links?
