HD MPEG-4

I just got my new HDTV and do not have any HD content yet. Is there
anywhere I can download any HD demo material in MPEG-4 or Divx format to see
what this thing can do? Download leagaly that is. Or even order some HD
content in Divx or MPEG-4 on DVD?

I also have a upconversion DVD player ordered that plays Divx and Mpeg-4
which will be here shortly.
