The current Sharp LCD sets no longer have detachable bottom speakers.

Well I know one that I researched is the Dell, which has detachable side
speakers. With speakers detached it comes in at just under 36 inches,
the
only 37 incher I'm aware of that gets under 36 inches. But I don't think
it
has the best picture. I am waiting on a 37 inch 1080P that gets under
the
36 inch mark. The Toshiba, Westinghouse, and Sharp have models between
36
and 37 inches. The Samsung has a model somehwere over 36 inches.

Check out the new Sharps. there is now a 37 inch with full 1920 x 1080
resolution. Most of their sets come in two versions: side speakers and
detachable bottom speakers. I think Samsung also makes bottom speaker
models. You have to look at the web sites of the usual suspects, or a
store
like BB or Circuit City.
