There are *no* good indoor antennas for OTA reception by definition.
This is because the walls drop the signal level by so much that even
being very close to the towers might kill the signal.
But, if that's all you can do, a Silver Sensor is an indoor antenna
that seems to work well for many people, while the Channel Master 4221
is a good quality outdoor antenna that is small enough to be used
indoors.
