I'm wondering if they only translated what we sing (the first stanza) or all
the stanzas.

I'm asking this because when the Mexican national anthem is played (though
I've only heard the instrumental version on Tijuana radio) they run the
whole thing, every stanza, and it runs around 7 minutes.

The US National Anthem has just as many stanzas and if run in its entirety
would probably run up to 12 minutes.

Just wondering. You can't be too mad at Mexico as they did pick ATSC (sorry
for going on-topic).
