Yes, That is from the bad sheilding from the speakers. I saw this on the
display when I was about to purchase. I went for the toshiba since the
speakers are at the bottom and not the sides. But the wareenty will cover
this.

Hey all,
Just recieved my new TV today. Was watching a movie when I noticed that in
the upper right corner there is a greenish and sometimes redish blob when
a
scene is showing brighter colors. Everything else looks fine including the
other 3 corners it's just the upper right one. It's noticable enough where
I
dont think I can live with it as is. The dilema I face is I bought the tv
at
Frys and it's the last one they have. Also in my area I searched long and
hard and there is 0 other new widescreen CRT sony tv's with the SFP tube
available. So I'd really rather not return this tv....
Wondering if this is a magnetic issue or what all could be causing it. Any
advice on what I can do personally to fix it? Like I said I'd really
rather
not return it if possible.
.
