Yeah, it's a bitch. All the guys here are mostly fanboyz,
but the real deal is HDTV was thought up by committee.
1366x768 is the LCD version of 720p. It's that way because
they took a screen designed for computer monitors and cut
the piece wider for a 16x9 aspect ratio.
1024x768 is some square pixel bullshit for plasma displays
which is just another way of saying it's shit. Run don't
walk.
1280x720 is the real 720p standard.
1920 x 1080 is real HDTV ;) (listen to the fanboyz scream)
