You can get a 21in (53.3cm) crt monitor that will do 2048x1536 using a
.21H dot pitch. Viewsonic.

No, it won't. There are only 1900 holes per line in the shadow mask of
the Viewsonic G810. 1900 is less than 2048, so the monitor can't display
2048 unique pixels per line, plus we can see you're still failing first
grade math.

1900 is also less than 1920, so that monitor won't fully resolve
1920x1440, either.

Well, they advertise it as 2048x1536. I didn't do the math. If you did the
math why not show it to prove your point. OK, I came up with 1952 wide.
410mm/.21=1952 H dots. But even if it was/is only 1900 wide, so what. You
think someone looking at a screen that small could tell the difference.
Not a chance. On a 50in maybe.

Don't like that one? You can get this one for under $500 too. .20mm H dot
pitch, also advertised as 2048x1536. this one comes out to 2050 H dots in
410mm H max. 410/.2=2050. you like math so well, double check it.:-)
