Samsung 56" 1080p dlp vs Sony sxrd 50"

Which one is better, and which one would you purchase. You can get
them both online for about the same price.

Which leads me to my next question, should i purchase from an online
dealer, and how the heck do i know which one? The review boards
everywhere seem to be polluted with companies patting themselves on the
back, and the competition writing bad reviews.

I'd really like to save the $800 from going down to circuit city.
Actually, i can't even buy the samsung 1080p dlp from the "big guys".

any help would be greatly appreciated.
