Sounds like a cable co. problem. I get OTA HD and have never experienced
anything like that. I've heard the cable and sat companies compress the
video to save bandwidth. Sounds like they're going a little too far. Many
people have noted that the OTA HD broadcast are much better than that
provided by the cable companies.
