Well after hooking up the t v again - the screen lights up - almost,
The portion that does is blue with a band at the bottom of the lit part
- a different color blue.
(it appears that there is a signal trying to telegraph through the menu
display, but can't quite make it)
Still the menu feature is the only visible graphic / text portion of the
screen that is capable of being "activated".
No black at the top of the screen, blue all the way up, but black bands
/ borders are on each side and 20% of the bottom of the screen is black.
It'll show all the menu features, but you are unable to "fine tune"
them, they are corrupt looking and appear inert - so to speak, just acts
as a display with out responding to change.
You are able to browse through the source list - change tv channel
numbers - no picture tho. - timer (clock) feature appears, but that is
all.
What's the problem? Well it appears to have no "handshake" - with the RF
Signal.
Oh, and the co-ax cable (warner cable) is connected directly to the tv,
no in-line devices present.
