No RF Video on TV Screen

Just curious as to the problem that exists with a 20" crt - flat screen
Advent Tv.

Anymore small. tv sets are most likely to be considered - disposable.

But this bugger has audio and the menu image appears when turned on,
but nothing else.

Just wondering if anyone might know what the problem might be?
